A few weeks back I met up with Anna and John in JFK park to do their engagement photos. That week was cold, rainy and generally pretty crappy. No problem for me! I love shooting on cloudy days–I find it romantic and moody. But wouldn’t you know it? After days of cold and rain, the clouds skeedaddled and the sun came out, and we got a gorgeous, warm Autumn afternoon complete with fluorescent yellow leaves and a beautiful amber sunset. How could we possibly get lucky enough to get the one warm, sunny beautiful day during a week of cold and drizzle?
My theory? Anna’s smile.
SO EXCITED for this bubbly, happy goofy couple’s wedding next August at the Commandant’s House in Charlestown! Thanks guys!
